Our innovative volumetric mixer trucks deliver 5 cubic metres of screed on each delivery or can be set up on site and can be continuously fed with binder from our mobile binder silo and the recycled glass aggregate loaded into the truck to provide a continuous feed of flowing screed for larger contracts.
The materials are not mixed on route to site but rather mixing will only commence once the timing is right for the floor screeding contractor on site. The Ecoscreed volumetric truck will then continuously mix the screed and after a suitable flow test has been carried out the correct consistency flowing screed will be discharged into the flooring contractors pump for delivery to the floor layer.
